Tyson Fury vs Klitschko on October 24th

Tyson Fury has called out both Klitschko brothers for many years. Well on october 24th he will finally get his wish as he takes on Wladamir Klitschko for the Heavyweight Championship of the world. It is finally time for Tyson Fury to put his money were his mouth is ! He has only been down a couple times in his career, once to the much smaller and undersized Steve Cunningham. Hopefully he will be able to take a punch from Wladamir if not it will be a long night for the UK native.

The Big one Cotto vs Canelo

This is the fight many fans have been waiting for a long time other than Floyd vs Manny. Cotto is a Puerto Rican Legand and Canelo is the Up and coming mexican fighter that has a huge fan base. This fight should do similar numbers to Floyd vs Canelo. If Canelo pulls this win off he will be next boxing superstar for sure and will only fight on pay per view. On the other hand if Cotto wins this fight he will secure his spot as the greatest Puerto Rican fighter of all time. It will also let boxing fans know that Canelo is not ready for the elite level if he can't find a way to win.

Also on October 3rd you have Adrien Broner getting back in to the ring on showtime he will be taking on Khabib Allakhverdiev. Khabib last lost to Jessie Vargas on a controversial decision, so this will actually be a good fight airing on Showtime the same night as Postol vs Lucas. The Fight will take place in Broners hometown Cincinnati, Ohio.

What's Next for Adrien Broner ?

Well I will make this short and simple Adrien Broner needs to go down in weight or get a new trainer not that Mike Stafford isn't a good trainer but Adrien obviously doesn't respect him enough to stay disciplined. Hanging out and clubbing during training camp will not get you a world title ! At this point I hope the young man realizes that with two losses on his record he will no longer be a headliner and he will not get the same purses he once got. Most Importantly I hope Al Haymon and Floyd Mayweather sit him down and have a serious discussion with him not showing up at the post fight press conference - that is very unprofessional if your going to talk trash learn how to back it up or simply be gracious in victory and be gracious in defeat !

Gary Russell Jr Shocks the world

Hats off to Gary Russell Jr He beat all the odds and showed everyone he deserved to be world champion. I picked against him but unlike most boxing writers I will admit when I am dead Wrong. Everyone one missed this one even vegas. It just goes to show you never know what to expect in boxing.

Kovalev Tested by pascal !

Jean pascal showed a great display of bravery last night by hanging with kovalev 8 plus rounds. I think last night was the hardest I saw kovalev hit in his career. Pascal complained about an early stoppage but I can't fault the referee his decision.

Broner Pounds Molina

Broner put on an exceptional performance against Molina last night; he flat out won every round using his boxing skills and quickness to out class John Molina Jr. I was pretty upset with the way Molina made excuses after clearly being outclassed for 12 rounds. He heard an array of boos from the crowd during his post fight interview - the crowd initially cheered for Molina when both fighters made their entrances.
